Callum Brennan is one of Australia’s rising stars in surf lifesaving, known for his grit, versatility, and world-class performances across multiple disciplines. In November 2024, Callum secured his place in the prestigious Shaw and Partners Iron Series after a standout showing at the trial event. His automatic qualification for the 2025 series is a testament to the countless hours he dedicates to his craft, both in and out of the surf.

This October, Callum will take on one of surf lifesaving’s toughest endurance events — the iconic Coolangatta Gold. Shortly after, he’ll travel to New Zealand to represent Australia at the International Surf Rescue Challenge, adding to an impressive list of international appearances that already includes tours to Germany and Italy.

A proven performer at the national level, Callum is the reigning Australian Belt Race Champion — a title that requires not just speed and power, but precision and mental strength. At the most recent Australian Championships, he placed third in the elite Ironman final, solidifying his place among the very best in the country.

Driven, humble, and deeply committed to the sport, Callum is a fantastic ambassador for Australian surf lifesaving. He leads by example, inspiring younger athletes with his focus, resilience, and respect for the sport.
