Jayden Erskine is a force to be reckoned with on the ski, consistently challenging some of the sport’s biggest names — including current and former Olympic medalists. Known for his explosive speed, sharp race strategies, and unwavering determination, Jayden continues to carve out his place among the best surf ski paddlers in the country.

A standout on the national circuit, Jayden proudly represented both his branch and Queensland at last year’s Super Surf Teams League, a showcase of Australia’s most elite surf lifesavers. He is one of the few men’s ski competitors to make back-to-back national finals, a testament to his consistency and grit in one of the sport’s most demanding disciplines.

Beyond his own success, Jayden plays a crucial role in the development of others. As Lead Ski Coach at Currumbin Surf Life Saving Club, he mentors athletes across all levels — from rising juniors to those competing in the Shaw and Partners Iron Series and international representative teams. Jayden’s leadership, technical knowledge, and passion for the sport have helped shape the next generation of ski paddlers and iron athletes.

Jayden regularly travels around Australia to compete at major surf sport events, balancing his personal racing career with his ongoing coaching responsibilities. He is both a high-performance athlete and a mentor dedicated to the growth of surf lifesaving.
