A dedicated member of the Currumbin beach program, Tahlia has been a constant presence over the past few seasons, delivering strong performances across major state and national competitions.
Her hard work and determination paid off in 2025 when she earned her spot in the Open Beach Flags Final at the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships — an incredible milestone in a fiercely contested event. Making an Open final on the national stage is a remarkable achievement for any athlete, especially in one of the most mentally and physically demanding races in surf lifesaving.
Tahlia’s progression has been built on years of dedication to her training and a passion for the beach arena. She brings great energy and focus to every session and plays an important role within Currumbin’s tight-knit beach team, helping to uphold the legacy of excellence while carving out her own path to the top.
